Quarter life crisis – not a new thing though. Almost every person goes through the phase. At early 20’s most of us end up taking bad decisions and in the end suffers from the consequences. Calm down. It’s okay. Nobody’s perfect. So, mistakes are fine. It’s okay to make as much mistakes before your 30’s. To learn what you actually wanted from life.
So change in lives, is very frequent at this point in most cases. To cope with the change its not easy always . So I would like to share few real life advices to accept the change. Hope this helps.
1. Maintain a planner.
If you are not the person of maintaining a planner, shrug off that attitude. It’s time to get yourself one.
Plan your routine, try to maintain it.
This will help you to be more organised.
2. Meditate:
Meditation has an old connection with handling anxiety and this helps you to soothe up your mind.
This will also, help you to recreate the newer and updated version of you. More stronger and positive.
3. Be a Bibliovore.
Books are the sweetest maze, that will make you lost inside in order to find yourself back at hardest of times. Read books. Try out each and every genre, experiment it! Trust me knowledge has no boundary.
4. Aromatherapy.
Get yourself some scented candles, light ’em up. Enjoy the beautiful vanilla glow of the candle light with the soothing fragrance to calm your senses.
Bath and Body Works, Absolem x Wicks and Newton’s Archive are the absolute hubs for handcrafted wick candles.
5. Pamper yourself.
Pampering yourself is one of the best remedies. Get pampered every alternative day. If you run short by the wallet, follow few steps to turn your home to a spa. Follow this link to find out an ultimate way to pamper yourself the right way.
6. Always take your past experience as a learning session.
Don’t blame yourself always for wrong decisions, try to take every past experience as a learning session.
List down, what you have learnt. Hence in future you don’t have to face that. Always remember the best is awaiting further. Work to get it.
Learn to accept the change, and always remember an ending is just a new beginning.
Have a great weekend you all!
Cheers! Xx
My planner is honestly my lifesaver. There’s something to satisfying about writing everything i need to do in it, and scheduling things on paper. Can’t explain it! Lovely post.xx
