It was the first day of spring in Bangladesh. We celebrate the nationwide spring festival on the very first day of the month of Falgun. People of every age celebrate the day wearing colourful attires at work and beyond. This time I had zero preparations. So I didn’t get a Saree, neither did I have any new dress. So I sort of mixed and matched my existing wardrobe.
I wore this white dress with colourful emroideries today. This dress was a gift. And, by a famous boutique house in Bangladesh named – Bibiana. They are uniquely local. Also one of those top notch designer boutique houses if you may consider (surely you can). Their price point is always on the affordable scale.
This white embroidery dress came in 3 parts. I got off the white dupatta. Instead I paired this today with my green fulkari dupatta. This is like the 1000th time I am using this to stylise any look. 🤣
Well, I went to work today looking like this. Sometimes change is good!!
Price of my dress was 4050 bdt.
Dupatta 1500 bdt. (sparsely available in everywhere)
Earrings 150 bdt.
Since I went to work; I got off my stilletoes and slipped on to my favourite flip flops!!! 😊✔
For makeup, I chose to go all berry/orange/red bold matte for my eyes. And a nude pink for my lips. I kept everything matte.
Hope you all enjoyed reading this.
